Millet Loaf

These plain muffins are delicious just as they are and nutrious.ingredienrs used are

• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 medium egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon baking powder (3 teaspoons)
• 2 cups flour

Ingredients

3         boneless skinless chicken breast halves

¼        cup purchased Italian salad dressing

1        (10-inch) loaf focaccia (Italian flatbread), split

3          Cups torn romaine lettuce

1          (2 1/4-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained

1/2       cup purchased creamy Caesar salad dressing

2          Italian plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
