Zappa Sambuca is perhaps best known as a shooter, but this liqueur can also be mixed with lemonade or used as a cocktail ingredient. Sambuca is flavoured with essential oils obtained from anise, star anise, liquorice and other spices. It also contains elderflowers. The oils are added to pure alcohol, a concentrated solution of sugar, and other flavouring.

Red berry, plum and cassis notes layered with subtle oak and hints of aniseed, warm spice and chocolate. The palate is soft and well balanced with dark plum and cherry complemented by seamlessly integrated oak. The Nottage Hill Merlot marries superbly with slow roasted capsicum with glazed vegetables

VERAMONTE PRIMUS RED 75CL consists of a deep, dark and opaque garnet in colour. Aromas of exotic spice, toast and hints of black fruit and blueberries on the nose. Ripe red and dark berry fruit flavours with spicy notes and a round mid-palate with elegant yet powerful tannins.

CHIVAS REGAL 12YEARS 75CL Enjoyed for generations this is a great easy-drinking whisky, it has enough going on to excite the palate but at the same time it's not overly challenging. Serve in a tumbler with or without ice but either way just enjoy.

BnG PASSEPORT BEAUJOLAIS VILLAGES 75CL is structured and firm, with tannins that need to soften. It has power and weight now, and although the red fruit flavors are there, they are still waiting to shine.
