The premium quality of Bombay Sapphire gin is the result of its recipe which carefully balances ten hand selected botanicals from around the world. It's a unique blend of Mediterranean lemon peel, juniper berries, almonds and orris, balanced by a heady mix of coriander, liquorice, angelica and cassia bark and spiced with cubeb berries and grains of paradise.

Mill Cellars Shiraz by Hardys, has a little Cabernet Sauvignon in it to add some structure. Plenty of brambly fruit on the palate backed with a touch of spice. The blend is dominated by Shiraz, but with some other grapes present to add to the red summer fruit flavours.
