
RAISIN MUFFIN
The grated apple keeps the muffins lovely and moist.
- 2 cups Self-raising Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, lightly packed
- 1 cup Milk
- 90 g Margarine
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Sultanas
- 2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and grated
