Dating back to 1847 when Johan Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob's Creek. This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits an aroma of mint and blackcurrant, with a palate rich in blackcurrant and plum fruit flavors with smooth tannins. It is a Dry Red wine ideal wjen taken with spicy foods.

Red berry, plum and cassis notes layered with subtle oak and hints of aniseed, warm spice and chocolate. The palate is soft and well balanced with dark plum and cherry complemented by seamlessly integrated oak. The Nottage Hill Merlot marries superbly with slow roasted capsicum with glazed vegetables

Rosemount Cabernet Sauvignon is a fine example of this elegant grape variety. Rich, ripe berries and subtle oak make this wine an ideal match for an array of red meat and game dishes. This Cabernet offers bright varietal aromas of blackcurrant with a touch of oak in the background.

The Hardys Nottage Hill Cabernet Shiraz is a rich full-bodied red wine displaying rich plum, cassis and mulberry fruit flavors complemented by subtle savory oak and a lingering savory finish. Perfect with classic beef dishes.

Jacob`S Creek Merlot is characterized by soft rose-petal-like flavours and lovely subtle palate and a velvety texture. The wine is deep with hints of dark berry fruit & herbs. The palate is also somewhat angular, with tangy cherry and plum flavors that are zipping with acidity.

This attractive Yellow Label Merlot by Wolf Blass displays varietal aromas of cassis and liquorices. The palate is fleshy and mouth filling with flavours of plum, sweet spice and creamy vanillin oak. It Shows lush dark fruits with slight herbal notes. The palate is rich, round and generous with flavours of plums, dark cherry, chocolate and well-integrated oak spice.

Mill Cellars Shiraz by Hardys, has a little Cabernet Sauvignon in it to add some structure. Plenty of brambly fruit on the palate backed with a touch of spice. The blend is dominated by Shiraz, but with some other grapes present to add to the red summer fruit flavours.
